Method:

The stock of tea is variable due to its small scale. The offer with associated prices is valid as long as stocks last.

Personal data is not used for advertising purposes. We only take the liberty of sending you an email when we would like to ask you a question or send you an invitation that is also truly personal.

The tea as shown in the photo is exactly the tea that is delivered.

 

Prices:

Prices include 9% or 21% VAT

Prices are in euros

Prices exclude shipping costs.

 

Method of ordering:

You can order by filling the shopping cart on the website and going through the checkout procedure. You will then receive a confirmation of your order.

You will then receive an email when your order has been packed and shipped.

If a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 4 business days.

To prevent fake reviews, the site uses Google’s reCAPTCHA. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of use.

 

If you have any doubts about your order

1. If you have ordered but want to cancel the order, you can send a message with the order number to info@lateef.nl after which the order will be cancelled. If you have already paid, this will be refunded within 14 days.
2. If you have received the product, you are legally entitled to cancel your order without giving a reason for 14 days. This period starts on the day after you received the product.
3. If you want to exchange a product, send an e-mail to info@lateef.nl and then you can return the product. The shipping costs for returning are at your expense.

 Used products cannot be returned.

Warranty
The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with LATEEF (Loose Leaf BV) until the moment you receive it. If a product arrives damaged or not at all, we would like to hear from you.

If a product reasonably does not meet what you would expect from it, we would like to hear from you in order to solve the problem to the satisfaction of both parties.
If you have received your order undamaged but are still not satisfied with something, you can inform us of this. We will do our best to remove your dissatisfaction if we can agree to this.
