Shipping and Returns

At LATEEF, we strive to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are our shipping and receiving conditions:

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Methods: We only deliver within Europe and offer standard shipping via DHL. 

  • Shipping Costs:The amount of shipping costs depends on the country of delivery and will be calculated in the cart when you enter your shipping address. For customers in the Netherlands, we offer free shipping on all orders over €65. For all other countries, you’ll receive a 50% discount on shipping costs when your order exceeds €65, and completely free shipping on orders over €100. Please note that for orders from countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1 to 4 business days. If a product appears to be out of stock or damaged, we will contact you as soon as possible for an alternative product or we will process a refund.

  • Delivery Times:

    • European Union: Typically 2-5 business days after shipping
    • Outside EU: Delivery time varies depending on the carrier in the destination country
  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Return Policy

  • You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the packaging is unopened. We cannot accept returns for opened products.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns. In case of damaged or incorrect items, LATEEF will provide a return label.

  • If you discovered any damage to the item after delivery, please submit a report within 5 business days via info@lateef.nl.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will determine if you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • For returns where there is nothing wrong with the product, the purchase price will be refunded, minus the return shipping costs.
